Joe is a dynamic entrepreneur and visionary leader known for his innovative approach to business and commitment to results. With a varied background that includes working for large corporations, churches, charitable organisations, and family trusts, Joe has spent over 25 years establishing, developing, divesting, and succeeding purpose-driven organisations. He has successfully raised equity both nationally and globally and has experience in buying and selling businesses while also building organisations with national and global reach. Joe is passionate about ensuring that purpose is at the heart of any business, advocating for a clearly understood “why” that drives alignment and key results. He firmly believes that finance will naturally follow a healthy culture, as healthy entities thrive. Throughout his career, Joe has established organisations across New Zealand, scaling them to over 30 staff members, as well as building tech sector ventures with significant global reach and industry impact.
